I’m here to tell you — dreams do come true 🥹
I still can’t quite believe it but this is the news: Coming & Going will have its WORLD PREMIERE at @insideoutfestival in Toronto at the end of the month.
12 months ago, the idea for this film was born in a cinema at the TIFF Lightbox during the 2024 IO festival and it will return, in full form, to screen in that very same cinema on May 29th 2025 ♾️ ✨

✨I’m so proud of myself for never giving up on this dream, for never compromising my vision for what they said a short film “should” be and for always following my heart - even when it was in pieces on the floor or lost in the dark or full of fear and doubt 🥲🫠
And most importantly, @tonyfilangeri — I’m proud of us for navigating all of it together with such deep care and respect for ourselves and each other. Wouldn’t have any of this with out you. Can’t wait to write many many more movies with you my friend 🫂✍🏼

New side quest unlocked 💆♂️ 🙏🏼✨
I embarked on a personal journey of self discovery and curiosity around my capacity and ability to heal through body work and massage. Connection, intimacy and tender physical touch is something I feel we often lack and long for. For me, Zenthai Shiatsu is a gentle and deep dance of connection and release on many levels and to be able to gift that to others is awesome.
The biggest thankyou to the beautiful souls at @amara.valley for hosting this retreat.
And @__pabloguzman it was a joy and an honour to learn from such a skilled, gentle and generous man.
