We go to a holiday party every year where the food theme (pot luck style) is different every year, last year was Libya (other years: Greece, Spain, etc).
This year is the Republic of Georgia, which I knew nothing about. I made: Apricot Walnut Shortbread, Tarragon honey Spritz w walnut bitters, and what you see me making is Khinkali (beef and walnuts w blue fenugreek) monkey bread (rolled in tallow, coriander, tarragon).
This is such a fantastic way to throw a party.
