Strength training in college because I was way too small for college hooping at the rec and now I strength train because I want to be stronger while I progress in my runs. Who’s says you can’t be explosive in both? 🏃🏽♂️🏋🏽♀️😎🫵🏽
I appreciate that I am able to move well still be able to grind away. Don’t take movement and health for granted and I hope everyone who reads this hits their own health goals!
Shoutout to @hydrootorganics for the awesome workout Tee, their green tea drinks are just as amazing!
@trinitygymfresno thanks for being my training ground 💯

I finished my first half marathon today and I felt super proud of myself. Im reflecting on how I decided to change my health habits running this same race at a 5k distance 2 years ago. During my long running journey I’ve met some incredible people and been a part of a great community. I’m truly blessed to be able run for my family, friends, and for those who aren’t here today.
Thank you for all that came to support me today and every day I love y’all and appreciate y’all. I’m not perfect but I work at it every day 💚💚
Finish time 1:50 with a pace of 8:23 per mile 🏁
2025 was a fuuucking trip. It started out as a rough year (IYKYK) and ended up being one of the best years hands down.
I got healthy, dropped 20 pounds, went to Japan, got into running and honestly got involved in a great community of people. Friends are healthy, getting married and having kids. It’s been amazing to be a part of a journey of so many people including the one, I’m on right now. Truly blessed to have experienced this life with so many people so I want to say “Thanks so much for the moments you share with me, whether you know me deeply or not. 2025 wouldn’t be it without you.”
Looking forward to 2026, I feel like it’s going to be a special year. Thanks for reading much love and Happy New Year! (I promise to snap more photos with y’all)
Tokyo, was an amazing reminder for myself things will change in life, it is inevitable. Whether it’s great change or a bad one, we can’t control that. It amazes me that Tokyo’s beauty has remained the same through time. Through countless disasters, the people and culture of Japan has remained the same. It is admirable how so much hurt can happen and the country’s beauty never faltered.
I guess what I am alluding to is that through all our hardships, whether big or small. Remind yourself of how beautiful and strong your soul is because it got you this far. Remind yourself how beautiful the world is even in its turmoil. Love your loved ones, appreciate them!
Also go f*** travel yo 😮💨🤣
