So Sao Paolo happenedā¦
Great experience to travel to Brazil, especially for work. But mainly great to spend some time with ma boy @jordangreen
Eating some amazing food (lean and healthy), running every morning in a beautiful park!
And had some amazing coffee. Sometimes our jobs really hard, but unfortunately someone has to do it š
April recap?! Where to startā¦.
Moved back to Devon while waiting for a place I want to be to reveal itself.
Travelled and worked in 2 continents, 3 countries and 4 cities
Adopted running everyday, getting myself to lightest Iāve bee since I was 16yr
Dealing with a loss of a best friend and a broken heart (project still in progress)
Falling in love with myself again, looking in the mirror and being happy with myself, wish I could have had this under better circumstances but for now we bring this into the future and reveal the take over the world energy.
Weāre living in the āi f&Ā£king deserve thisā energy.
Hope May brings more and more, because Iām not settling with normality and boredom.
Bring me magic or get off at the nearest exit.š

Adding the stillness. Trying to subtract the chaos.
Been so hyper focused on keeping my brain busy that Iāve had no time to think, which has been a good thing to say the least!
Iāve had 0 drive to ride my bike, literally not even a small urge to get on the saddle which is pretty sad. The isolation of being back in your home town is pretty heavy especially missing an important ingredient.
Apparently Iām moulding into a runner š
Week of work traveling back and forth to London, not really been able to get on the bike much. Did however beat my climbing PB by almost 4 minutes though.
April is the month of taking a step back and looking at the view, adjusting and making non negotiableās with myself to help push forward.
Health and wellbeing finally at the forefront for the next few months when the chips fall in place for how we proceed. Regression isnāt the enemy, complacency is.
LFG!!!

Recently.
The move back too Devon has been weird to say the least. I love being back with my family but not knowing the rides, not having a lot of my old friends still around the area, and also missing the most important person in my life is difficult.
Fortunately itās not permanent and I will learn the roads again, but also being away for work should help me get through the first month of heartbreak.
Iām excited to enjoy some respite, but also to heal some big wounds.
Quite possibly my last ride in London, Iām glad the sun came out for the GOODBYE!
For the foreseeable future Iāll be moving back to Devon, circumstances change, and unfortunately multiple goodbyes have been said, so a nice reset by the sea is exactly what the doctor ordered!

Been very quiet recently, feeling everyone isnāt enjoying this weather in the uk and over a bit of Europe. Fair weather or not, having to clean your bike after a short lap ride got tedious. But the clouds are looking to be opening and moving on. So fingers crossed we can begin to really start getting some life back! Hereās some from Jan!
