We’re getting married! 🥂
While we were in Paris, on my birthday, Andy asked me to marry him! I said yes 💜
We’d been so busy working at the @ecufilmfestival I honestly was so surprised. Truly I felt like for the first time ever I really felt what cloud 9 feels like, I was disoriented on a joy high for hours and hours, all the rose bubbles might have contributed too. It was so sweet to share the moment with our friends @studioauratn@lacycoligan and Binky who were there for the moment on the trip with us too. Good job @andybeckey
A couple days after Andy popped the question we went to visit my dear friend and former French teacher Madame Chauchat in Versailles who gifted us this tandem bike ride at the chateau. We spent the afternoon riding around the gardens and sitting in the grass drinking rose, followed by ice cream by the canal.
We got shut down by a local just to find out we weren’t doing anything illegal 😆

In 2019 when Andy and I first started dating, I learned that he really doesn’t like Christmas songs… I on the other hand love Christmas songs depending on my level of cheer which varies from year to year.
Somehow back during that first Christmas season together, after a day of recording another project, I convinced Andy to use our extra studio time to write and record a parody of the holiday classic “Home for Christmas.” Not sure exactly what sparked the idea (get it? Sparked?! 😆) but I love how it turned out and love how it turns up year after year on my most popular songs on Spotify.
Whatever you celebrate, however you celebrate, I hope this season brings you some comfort and joy, and some delicious smoke, if you’re into that kind of thing.
