What a journey. š
Iām just a girl from Bamenda, Cameroonā¦I never imagined a life like this. Being on Next Level Chef is truly a testament to whatās possible.
I came into this competition wanting to do my best, to share who I am and where Iām from through foodā¦and I got to do exactly that.
Iām especially grateful to have cooked alongside and learned from Chef @gordongram , someone Iāve looked up to since I was a kid. I may not have won the competition, but in so many ways, I feel like I won. The fact that he called me Chef, honestly, that feels like the greatest prize I could have received.
And beyond the cooking, Iām so thankful for the chefs that I got to be on this journey with. So inspired by them all and grateful for their friendship. Also, thank you to Chef @nyeshajoyce and Chef @richardblais for their support and coaching.
More than anything, Iām proud that I showed up fully as myself. My heart was on every plate, and I felt truly seen. As someone still early in this culinary journey, that means everything to me.
Thank you to everyone who watched, supported, encouraged, and cheered me on along the way. And thank you to God for continuing to place me in rooms with people who see me and believe in me.

I canāt wait for you to taste what Iāve been cooking up.
