I’ve lost a number of people who were very close to me in recent years. As hard as it was, nothing has been more devastating than that of my mother who’s life was cut short my early onset Alzheimer’s disease. Sadly she lost her battle to it in the Fall. She passed away on September 15th, thankfully with my sister Candice by her side. It breaks my heart that I was not there in those final moments.
Michelle Anne Kidd/ Sexton was a professional dancer and she is arguably the person most influential in shaping my life. Thank you for giving me life and your unwavering devotion to your role as my mother. Love you and I miss you 💔

June was a busy month, most notably was my time I spent at TalentLAB25 @lestheatresvdl collaborating musically with @joeyrosin on a composition we’ve begun for a project that was spearheaded by @mayabalammeyong and co-choreographed with @r.0mane Petit. This was a very special project for me and one that exanded me as an artist. I’m please to say the project was met with a warm response and we shall continue developing it further at future residencies with a planned debut mid 2026.
