new 4 track ep out now just in time for valentine’s day! 4 songs centering around love, the future, faith and anxiety
track 1 is a baltimore club inspired song about trust in hope for love. i made this last summer after hearing a track in the post credits scene of a movie that’s kind of lost media and wanting something i could listen to consistently that samples it
track 2 is a chicago footwork inspired song also about faith in the future of love and this one is rooted in excitement for that future. i made this in late 2024 and it was the first thing i ever made in ableton
track 3 is a bit of a palette cleanser, another chicago footwork inspired song this one is meant to get the feet moving and the heart pumping to let out some of the emotional intensity of the other tracks. i made this one for the first reina’s renegade back in june 2024 and finally recorded it and am happy to put it out!
track 4 taps in to anxiety abt the future, the scratching on the track is meant to sound like someone nervously and not very skillfully cueing in a vinyl record, but as the sample comes in in full and faith is restored the scratching resolves. this one was made in renoise this past summer

webmistress and androcided will be making music live specifically and uniquely crafted to move your body. you can expect these two to perform like a mythical creature, with 4 arms 2 heads and a number of technological appendages all operating with one mind and one goal: bang the box. fans of the bass heavy sections of their previous sets featuring various styles of club music electro and techno are definitely in for a treat, but an extended 90 min set will give them the time to play everything they want.
@webmistress_official is an undeniable power house in LA’s underground scene. Known for tearing high energy multigenre sets, she cut her teeth as a live hardware prodigy in the IE. Through releases with Gyration Station, PHAASER and United Jump Front, the producer/DJ constructs her music to create drama and momentum on the dancefloor.
stepping up and stepping in with synths samplers and a dub siren @androcided plays a lot of different styles of music but always keeps the dancefloor moving regardless. influenced by go-go from DC, club music from Baltimore, and hard house from LA she learns from the dancers with every set. be ready for anything from 200 bpm gabber to 120 bpm dubstep, all tied together with her signature sound.
