I’ve been reflecting on the delicate balance of life lately—how even in the midst of the world’s sorrows, there is always so much beauty to be found. As a mother, I’ve found that my work is about capturing that light and using it as a way to give back.
Our fall session dates are live, and a few are still available. This is a special season for me, it’s a way for my work to have a larger purpose.
A portion of every session booked will be donated to causes I care deeply about: NPR & KQED, World Central Kitchen, and The National Parks Foundation.

To all of my families, friends (new and old), THANK YOU, THANK YOU. This Filipina mama’s heart is incredibly lucky to be in your sphere. It is a privilege meeting you all. To be able to get a glimpse of your life and be able to capture and experience it is soul food! Learned a lot from so many wonderful humans along the way that I have yet to send a love letter of gratitude to! 🤪 Ah, gratitude, my word of the year.
My earnest wish this year is to be a better listener and support for others. Staying curious and open I find is the gateway to understanding and empathy. I hope this small and mighty way inches this world to a place of peace and light.

Despite everything happening in this
alluring, aching, conflicting world- I am
immensely grateful for what it continues
to give especially this bunch. One thing I
got right for the past 3 years is getting our
family photographs. I am now one of
those people that marvel each year with
joy when I see every photograph thinking
"WOW. I get a front row seat to their
lives and watch them unfold, every version
of it all. Deep joy."
@laciehansen - I can't thank you enough
for your eye and the timeless pieces you
captured for us. I'm certain my kids will
thank me later for this treasure. Can't
think of a better gift.
To my families, friends old and new, thank
you. Thank you for being here. Allowing
me to create these moments in time for
you is soul food. It is an honor being
