🇮🇹 ...Siamo ancora nel 2011, il progetto REFLUX (composto da me, la serba Alexandra Stanojevic e Luca Rossetti) diede il via alla prima uscita ufficiale della label berlinese PLUSEINS con il nostro "Limbo EP", supportato da Richie Hawtin, Paco Osuna, Alan Fitzpatrick, Stephan Bodzin, Paul Ritch e tanti altri. Su Decks.de, grazie anche ai super remix di @click_box , Jens Schroder & @stephanbarnem e Dualism, raggiunse la posizione n°86 della classifica generale (overall chart), e quando uscì successivamente in digitale, arrivò a toccare la top 20 della minimal chart su beatport.com. Visti i risultati, avremmo utilizzato nuovamente questo pseudonimo, sia nel 2012 per una compilation BELGRADE CALLING VOL.2 (con la track "Tuberculum"), che nel 2013 per una super release su @littlehelpers4djs (R.I.P. @sean_else ❤️) . 5 tracce su 6 entrarono nella classifica minimal di beatport e vi orbitarono per un bel mesetto🤓 Vi do appuntamento alla prossima e ultima storia vinilica del mio passato (tra un mese più  meno), perchè poi si comincerà decisamente a parlare di futuro 💿💿💿 [...to be continued...] 🇺🇸....We are still in 2011, the REFLUX project (made up of me, the Serbian Alexandra Stanojevic and Luca Rossetti) was the first official release of the berlin label PLUSEINS with our "Limbo EP", supported by Richie Hawtin, Paco Osuna, Alan Fitzpatrick, Stephan Bodzin, Paul Ritch and many others. Correva l'anno 2008, un giorno, grazie all'ausilio di un potentissimo software musicale da 30€ e un metodo rigorosamente autodidatta (o per meglio dire: "ad cazzum") ebbi la malata idea di creare una base minimal-techno buttandoci dentro i suoni di una delle mie più grandi passioni senza tempo: Super Mario Bros. Il 27 aprile 2008 uscì su Beatport.com su "Strike Recordings" e andò in top 10 minimal mondiale, io ero incredulo e scioccato, ma mai quanto nei mesi successivi, perchè la major "UNIVERSAL" (si, quella con il logo del mondo, con la scritta UNIVERSAL) mi scrisse per avere una licensing di 3 anni per "FIREMARIO". Nonostante il pezzo suonasse quasi come amatoriale (ricordiamoci che era stato creato "ad cazzum" con software da 30€) sembrava ormai aver acquisito una sua anima, come se stesse diventando un piccolo cult nell' ambiente underground.. Qualche anno dopo con il mio amico e socio di sempre Luca Rossetti lavorammo per la produzione di altre versioni per dei re-edit, questa volta però tramite la nostra etichetta SUBSTDIO RECORDS: altro giro di classifica, e stavolta finimmo anche sul genere techno. Mi ricordo che per qualche giorno stavamo semplicemente al numero 1 davanti a mostri sacri come Dubfire e Marco Carola..Ma la stupenda sensazione che questo pezzo sia una specie di figlio che gira per il mondo da anni mi viene confermata qualche giorno fa, quando ho ricevuto una mail in cui mi è stata chiesta una licensing per (indovinate un pò?) Si, proprio lui "FIREMARIO". E dunque: a 14 anni dalla sua prima apparizione vi annuncio che a Marzo 2022 quel pezzo creato in due ore con il mio vecchio software giocattolo verrà nuovamente pubblicato in tutti i negozi digitali e in streaming (a breve tutti i dettagli sull'uscita e sulla label). Parafrasando il celebre aforisma del calabrone (la struttura alare del calabrone, in relazione al suo peso, non è adatta al volo, ma lui non lo sa e perciò continua a volare): Secondo qualsiasi ingegnere del suono, "FIREMARIO" non rispetta nemmeno lontanamente una regola per un sound design perfetto, ma lui non lo sa, e perciò continua a spaccare ♥ #supermario #technomusic #housemusic #evergreen

Starting from Grand Rapids dream team: Duky, a friend since the Myspace days: thanks for the painting, the vinyls from your legendary Deep Tech Records (a true pioneer!), the amazing lunch at your mom’s, and those custom t-shirts from the tireless Katt 🤩 A huge shoutout to @adam.ortiz_official : my roommate, mentor, and tour guide (sorry Erica for stealing him away all this time!). Together with Kara and Chad, they took such good care of me, even if, despite their best efforts, they didn't manage to make me gain a single Kg! A salute to @_antoniolombardoofficial_ , always ready to drop killer tracks and celebrate his birthday in loop (Agnis witness🤭). It was also a pleasure to finally meet Bob Marino and go live together with the guys from his stunning studio🙌 Thanks to Nika from Billy’s Lounge: the Bassbin night was that midweek gem we all needed.
