Let’s start with this lovely red wine “BUNGLAROUGE”.
A spontaneous coferment of red Cabernet noir and white Cabernet blanc grapes, grown in Sussex.
Beautiful artwork by the lovely @sshepaints ❤️ I first saw ruby’s art hanging on the walls in @plateaubrighton where this wine will be getting it’s first public pour next Thursday!

Basically an old peasants drink for vineyard workers, made by soaking used grape skins in water to extract and ferment whatever sugar is left.
Here is mine. Fresh and looking cosmic in the sun 🌞
