I’m grateful to be parenting with someone who shows up with their whole heart even when they’ve been kicked in bed all night, melted down on 2 seconds before it’s time to walk out the door, or told that someone is going to “kick the whole house down” if they don’t get what they want. Being a parent is hard even in the best times and you give so much grace and compassion to the kids even during the difficult ones. Happy Mother’s Day ❤️❤️❤️

The last decade began with my band breaking up, and me sinking further into addiction, and ended with the two people I love most, on a continent that I’ve never been to before.
