Watching Jonathan Anderson win his third British fashion award this week brought back fond memories of when Pearce Fionda were nominated in the designer of the year category (and two other categories!!) in 1996. It's hard to believe it’s 30 years ago and what wonderful company to have been nominated with - Alexander McQueen, John Galliano, Hussein Chalayan, Clements Ribeiro and Vivienne Westwood. It was a special time in British fashion that has not been repeated since, and I’m not sure it ever will, but thankful every day to everybody who recognised and supported our label. We are, and were all heroes. Music by Bowie, from our first ever show.
