A few highlights from our Brainfloss feature with @transworldskate . Hats off to skateboarding, such a huge impact in my life. The friends, the culture, the community, there is really nothing like it. Thats why it only made sense to have it be the first project in the book I’ve recently started working on.
I'm just hyped to have @karimnyc in it tbh. He deserves everything thats coming his way and its been a blast watching him grow into the skater his is today. Any chance to jump in and support im there.
BIG thanks to @blair.alley and Transworld for putting this together. Eventhough we were constantly getting harrassed by the groundskeeper and it was scorching hot that day, @kodak_maxx somehow managed to document the whole experience seamlessly. Thanks for the last minute Hasselblad borrow @ando_______________ . Also thanks for filming me try skating over all those youthful years @vista_philth 🙌
Always a pleasure working with @praymoses.studio when it comes to styling. Shout out to @rodrodrod for being our overall support system. Means a lot. #ithinkithink 🤦🏻♂️

For the past year, I’ve felt pretty split.
10+ years as a photographer, director, and strategist for brands and like-minded people has been my heritage. Then all of a sudden, AI enters the territory.
And honestly, I wouldn’t be doing my job if I didn’t pay attention to it.
Once I dove in, I was fascinated and heartbroken at the same time. Trying to share it, explore it, or show new ways of making things felt complicated. Like I was somehow hurting my creative friends by being curious about something new.
That part does not feel good.
I also wish AI was called Bubble Gum or something way less depressing, but unfortunately here we are.
I’ve beat myself up about this over and over again. But what I keep coming back to is that it still comes down to the creative. Your niche. Your taste. Your background. Your ability to solve problems. Your ability to look at something and know what actually feels right.
That is where Pear started to make sense to me.
Pear is a layer between art and corporate interest. A place to help brands understand where these tools are useful, where they are not, how to allocate budgets in a smarter way, and how to expand ideas without pretending the human part is optional.
The goal is to look out for the creative process. To work with like-minded people. To compensate talent responsibly when their work, likeness, or ideas are being expanded. To help brands build bigger campaigns, with more imagination, and a better system behind it.
Pear fact-checks. Pear does not oversell what is not there yet. Pear is here to explore this space honestly.
How do you delegate tasks without losing the idea?
How do you expand creativity without flattening it?
How do you use new tools without being delusional about what they can actually do?
That is why I made this video.
And honestly, that is why I’ve been determined to keep Pear alive while we all figure out the boundaries of something that is clearly here to stay. @pearboutique_
What the fuck is Étude?
First, thank you @banasjulia for trusting the experiment, even as I’m still figuring it out.
100% a photographer, just the job just got a lot more complicated. That’s why @pearboutique_ evolved.
Étude is where I study the image now: direction, taste, programming, possibility.
Some images are untouched. Some are expanded.
That line is the study (Étude).
Studio Study 001. 🤷🏻♂️🤍
Live activation situation at @shaunwhite ’s @thesnowleague . Snuck in and posted up. Best times. Thank you again @alexander_adrian & @jenperos for the NBD’s 🤍 also @blair.alley for next level assistant support. So much fun. Cross country roadtrip w/ sis cuz she beat breast cancer, then pit stop to do this. Epic.
When your editor steps out for T. A walk turned into a whole thing… 💆🏻♀️

May 4th. “Costume Art” theme.
@pearboutique_ building out what’s happening in real time. :)
Isabel and Polly.
A few things I’ve been testing out lately:
• Character studies for future campaigns.
• Testing narrative, fashion, and world-building in one place.
• A small pre-production sandbox under Pear Boutique.
• Research, not replacement. Exploration, not deception.
• Built with new tools, guided by human craft.
Just experimenting, learning, and seeing what sticks in a playful way :)
