Since always One Piece had a big place in my heart, it was one of the big 3 shonen that kept us dreaming about alternative narratives. When it comes to One Piece, it has shown me what a true "nakama" means and how we really have to treasure friendship, sometimes a lost one sometimes a present one. We’re kicking it off by sharing the behind-the-scenes of each project. We’ll dive into key conceptual references, the research behind our 3D integration, and fun stories from the shoot days. @iamnotvivik & @sogeculebra - Afilao. 1. One of the most representative elements of our projects are the anime references we love. For this video, using scenes from Bleach as a reference, we developed the katanas in 3D and designed all the movement to simulate them emerging from the ground. 2. To create 3D elements, we often need to research extensively. For integrating the tree into the katana, we researched how the tree would grow, in which direction, to make it look as realistic as possible—so much so that it really does. 3. A proposed cover that won’t be used in the end but we wanted to share with you. 4. One of our favorite parts of the video where our work really shines. 5. Some cute BTS pics. 6. An animatic showing how nothing happens without a reason and everything has a process that starts here. 7. Another one of our favorite moments in the video. The Non-boundaries of Love is a a video with different chapters as definitions of types of love from different artists and we starting the exhibition today 4 of march at @sohohouse “Damocles” is my chapter and consist on breaking the barriers of war with love, on how to stop inspiring from the darkness and start inspiring from the bright, this is dedicated to @carolabambola as she is the one that showed me on how to advance through the light. ✨ Music by the king @kelman.duran 🔒 A very big thank to @lexa.services and @photential for organising this whole event and a lot of love to all the artists: @saradibiza @axonbody @goretexdealer @elezetate @uno.tisto 💙💙💙
