Everyone thought I was unserious when I started a modeling agency in Nigeria! Allow me to reintroduce myself. My name is Andrei Esin, Director at Reivon Management, Nigeria. I’ve spent over a decade working across fashion and creative spaces, from administration and retail to television, operations, styling, consulting, and model management. Growing up, I was drawn to fashion not in the conventional ways people expect; design, makeup, hair, etc. I was interested in people. In 2013, while studying Food Science and Technology as an undergraduate, I noticed a major gap in the fashion industry, particularly the underrepresentation of models from my home state, Akwa Ibom. That realization changed everything and led me to model scouting. Fast forward to 2026, what began as a solo mission to amplify the names and faces of Akwa Ibom talent has grown into something far bigger, with measurable impact. Alongside my team, I have positioned Reivon as a leading model agency representing a diverse range of talent across backgrounds and experiences. Our models have walked major runways and appeared in top campaigns, commercials, and editorials. April 18 marks five years of Reivon (@reivonmodels ) as a modeling agency! Five years of research, teamwork, data, emotion, wins, losses, and growth. I am deeply grateful. This year, my focus is simple: ME. Going forward, I will be sharing content across the full spectrum of my interests, abilities, and experiences.
