A vampire in daylight. Here’s a behind the scenes look at playing one in an indie short film called Daylight, and easily one of the most meaningful sets I’ve stepped onto as an actor. So proud of this team and grateful I got to help bring this story to life.

Daylight is screening at two Oscar qualifying film festivals THIS WEEKEND 5/1-5/4
The 72nd Internationale Kurzfilmtage Oberhausen in Germany is the oldest short film festival in the world. Filmmakers like Roman Polanski, George Lucas and David Lynch all showed early work there long before the world knew their names. Daylight was selected as one of around 60 international competition films chosen from over 7,000 submissions worldwide. Screening Saturday May 2, 2026 at 8pm local time.

The 42nd Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival is the largest festival in Southern California showcasing Asian and Pacific Islander filmmakers and stories. Running since 1983. Screening Saturday May 2, 2026 at 7pm in LA.
