Big news from Guimbal at Verticon 🚁
Helicopteres Guimbal announced the development of the new Grand Cabri G5, powered by the Safran Arrius 2D turbine engine (450 shp) with dual-channel FADEC and a global support network.
The G5 aims to bridge the gap between multi-bladed piston helicopters and light turbine aircraft, bringing turbine performance to the next generation of operators and training fleets.
At the same time, Guimbal celebrated a major milestone — the 400th Cabri G2 delivered, highlighting the global success of one of the world’s leading training helicopters.
From the Cabri G2 to the future Grand Cabri G5, Guimbal continues to shape the next generation of rotorcraft.
