I’m often asked, “WHO was your favorite celebrity interview?” I’ll always go back to this story. I go into greater detail in my book, Live Your Playlist, but this 23-second version captures the essence of the story. I was 22 years old with little interviewing experience. Not quite confident in myself yet. I was flown to LA to interview @russellcrowe for the film THE INSIDER. This is pre-Gladiator. He was kind and generous with his time. He recorded a game-changing message for me during our interview. I settled into a good run in tv. 10 years later I had the opportunity to tell him what it meant to me (with Denzel in the room!). #pinchme #lifemoment I’ve been a fan of Russell Crowe and his work ever since! And I take the meaning of that moment with me even now as I’ve moved past tv and owning my video production company @piscesrisingmedia . The takeaway: One kind gesture can make a huge impact on someone’s confidence. Be good to people. Help others. Use kind words. Words have impact. Lead with a good heart. ❤️

Leading with Denzel and ending with Robin Williams. But so much fun and incredible talent in between! #celebrityinterviews #moviestar #movies #entertainmentreels #alister

“Let’s cash our tickets in. Let’s not fight about it.” My husband and I quote this exact exchange I had with VV on a weekly basis! If I ever write a movie script, this dialogue from our interview has to be in a scene. 🤣🤣 #weddingcrashers #letsnotfightaboutit #vincevaughn

There’s something really special about slowing down and spending time with the people who shaped you. 🤍 Today started with a beautiful Mass at Saint Raphael Church, followed by Mother’s Day brunch, sunshine, and time together at the club. Feeling grateful for the love, strength, grace, and steady presence of my mom — and for moments like these with family. Happy Mother’s Day to my beautiful mom, and to all of the women who love, guide, support, and hold families together in ways both big and small. 🤍

I’ve been home from Italy for almost two months now, and I still think about how different life felt there. Not because of where we were— but because of how everything was experienced. Slower. More present. More intentional. Even the smallest things felt different— the way people gather, the way they move through their day, even the way they get dressed. Nothing felt overdone. But nothing felt accidental either. I didn’t realize it at the time, but those small shifts stayed with me. These are a few of the reminders I’ve been trying to hold onto— not as rules, but as a way back to what matters. Curious which one resonates with you.

There’s something about Easter that always brings me back to what matters most— faith, family, and the quiet reminder that light always follows darkness. He is risen 🤍

Happy Birthday, Patrick. You’re a man who truly loves to enjoy life — good music, time with family and friends (the more, the better), a great cigar, and those days on Kelleys Island that make everything slow down a little. The people who know you best know the size of your heart and the way you show up for the people you care about. That matters more than anything. I hope the year ahead brings you many more of the moments you love most. Happy Birthday. We all love you. ❤️

This week I had the opportunity to be in Naples capturing the energy of the Unison Risk Advisors Growth Summit — a gathering of over 200 leaders from across the country focused on building something bigger together. What I love most about this work is that it goes far beyond cameras and editing. It’s about listening. It’s about the conversations that happen between the sessions. And it’s about capturing the moments that reveal who people really are as leaders. Over a few days we filmed interviews, spontaneous conversations, and the kind of authentic moments that tell the true story of an organization. A big thank you to the incredible team who trusted my company, Pisces Rising Media, to document it all. And a special shoutout to my friend Christina Schmitz, whose leadership and vision helped bring this entire event to life. Grateful to work with thoughtful leaders, meet inspiring people, and capture the stories that shape where organizations are headed. Now the real fun begins… turning all of this content into stories worth sharing. 🎥 #Storytelling #Leadership #BehindTheScenes #VideoProduction #UnisonRiskAdvisors PiscesRisingMedia

USA Men’s Hockey. GOLD. 🇺🇸🥇 We were lucky enough to be in the arena for the quarter final battle against Sweden — the energy was electric, the stakes were high, and yes… there were a lot of very passionate Canadian fans in the building. Hockey might be my new favorite sport! 🏒 What a tournament. What a team. So proud to celebrate Team USA. 🇺🇸 #teamusa #olympicgold #milanocortina2026 #usahockey

Lake Como felt different. Quieter. Slower. Old-world in the best way. No grand monuments or crowded piazzas—just the water, the mountains, the trees, and beauty in every direction. God’s artwork on full display. The kind of place that gives your soul a deep breath.

Postcard moment from Florence. A walk across the Ponte Vecchio felt like a must… for obvious reasons. Some places—and some names—just carry a little extra meaning.

Postcard moment from Rome. Seeing the Colosseum in real life is even more legendary than I imagined. The scale, the power, the stories of emperors, crowds, triumph, brutality, and survival through centuries—it’s all there. 🇮🇹
