Sweet potato x2
Hemp seeds 22 tble spoon
Eggs x3
One cup of oat flour +\-
Chocolate protein powder 🤷🏻♀️
Cacao x2 heaped table spoon
Peanut butter x1 table spoon
Bananas x2
Dark chocolate bits - somma the whole slab
Blertsie of your choice of milk
Bicarbonate
Then another slab to decorate on top

The greatest man I ever knew, my dad, my hero.
There are no words to describe just how brilliant you were but I’ll give it a go. You were vivacious even at the darkest of times, an iridescent beam of goodness shining light on the ones you loved most. You cared so much with a heart so very big. It was impossible to NOT be in a good mood around you because your sharp wit and epic sense of humour would tuck tears away in the softest manner. You did absolutely everything for your family, you would always go above and beyond… filled with wisdom you’d guide us through the overwhelming avenues of life. We were so close dad, a bond so rare between father and daughter… you taught me so very much, from reeling an elf in to doing my taxes. You were my rock and over the past few years I am honoured to say I could be yours too. The last song I played for you was, “Walk of Life” by Dire Straights, another great band you introduced me to as a kid, it could not have been more fitting. You really did do the walk of life and you knew exactly how to LIVE. Effortlessly cool, just a legend through and through, a cheeky one in that. I am proud to say that I am my father’s daughter, like mom always says, “doekies, jy is nes jou Pa”. When I look down at my feet, my hands and catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror, I get to see an essence of you. Those strong Neill Katzeff genes ♥️ you’ll always live with me, dad. I’m so grateful for you and I’ll never ever stop making you proud, here’s to you dad, the greatest man I ever knew. I love you, forever.
