I would like to introduce you all to my three main characters for my Animation Series (UN)FAIR GROUNDS.
Seventeen is supposed to be a rite of passage, but for social outcast Lloyd, it’s a death sentence. Murdered in a rusted fairground on his birthday by the demonic Ringleader Lilith, Lloyd wakes as a spirit in a neon-drenched purgatory where the rides transform into hungry metal monsters by night. To survive, Lloyd must navigate this nightmare using a newly awakened gift: the ability to touch mirrors and see the echoes of the past. Through these shimmering reflections, he discovers that the park’s silent mascot is actually Ben—the missing best friend he’s spent years mourning—now weaponised by Lilith to "soothe" spirits, a tragic touch that strips away a victim’s fear and erases their memories.
As the clock ticks toward midnight on Halloween, Lloyd must stay one step ahead of a best friend who no longer knows him. Using the secrets hidden in the mirrors, he must trigger Ben’s dormant identity and force them both to face the unrequited truth Lloyd never got to say while they were alive. They must bridge the gap between memory and oblivion before the final chime, or forfeit their souls to become permanent attractions in the (Un)Fair Grounds forever.

~ WELCOME TO SCOPE TECH ~
I came up with an idea back in 2023 but it wasn't fleshed out. When I went to Tafe to complete my #Diploma in #Screenandmedia I had the opportunity to flesh out the story but it still did not feel right.
Scope Tech has gone through many metamorphosis from a late night idea into a Film Treatment, eventually trying to turn it into a Comic Book series but I have finally landed on making it into a two part book series. When it is ready, I would love for you all to read it and let me know your thoughts. One day it might become my first feature film. Who knows.
Quick Synopsis:
Scope Tech follows the life of a lower-class orphan, Callen, who gets an opportunity to attend an upper-class high school, where he meets the confident Simon who helps Callen overcome his bullies and join the opportunity of a lifetime when Callen gets the chance to become the new CEO of a major Tech Company.
Themes: Loss, Friendships, Bullying, Jealousy, Illness, Trials and Technology.
