NEWS The Metropolitan Tower by Ando will feature 350 Micro apartments and therefore offer new living environments for students and business travelers. A great variety of booking arrangements will offer individual short- and long term options. Obviously there is still enough space for work and leisure in the tower as well as in the campus building. Co- working, as well as flexible office options from 200 to 1.300 sqm are available for rent.

Plants absorb approximately 50% of sunlight helping reduce the overall ‚heat island effect‘ in the vicinity and lowering the buildings exterior temperature.
The cooler immediate exterior climate of a building makes the AC systems work more efficiently and easier, meaning energy savings and global reduced temperatures. On top of that the Tadao Ando Campus and Tower contributes with 300+ trees to @duesseldorf reforestation plans @stephankeller2020 🌳🌳🌳
