Neil Clifton charging at his home break in Woolacombe back in December - I was out in the water with my camera and luckily captured this moment. The other pictures are from a few years ago - me and my friend did this magazine thing at the time and interviewed Neil due to his many many great stories - we ended up talking for hours in his shed building overlooking the bay. We talked about everything from his skating in the 70s and 80s, the Barnstaple vert ramp to his invitation to a South America surf comp (can’t remember the location) where Ramones ended up playing a private gig! Now in his 50’s and still ripping - no surprises he was once recognised as one of the best known underground UK surfer.
