1. osaka castle - hot coffees and a pretty castle. park was unimaginably beautiful.
2. mt. batur - we missed the world cup final to wake up at 2am and hike a mountain in pitch blackness for sunrise. you can probably guess who came up with this idea.
3. ice cream in 3 difference cities -
@aloeson__ : “AN DA PICTURE!” - me: too late *alison takes pictures of my ice cream anyway
4. arashimaya bamboo grove - a very nice japanese gentleman offered to take pictures for us but then asked us to turn around for a “back pose”. this picture has since become our group chat picture and will become our album cover for whenever any of us decides to make music
5. menbaka fire ramen - moments before flaming hot oil was poured into the ramen in front of us and burned our eyebrows, connors eyebrows did not grow back
6. teamlabs tokyo - big balloons and pretty lights, we children become
7. teamlabs tokyo garden - weeds and flowers going up and down while the group waiting to come in stares intensely at us to leave
8. teamlabs tokyo koi - these koi fish projections would move and congregate around people. we were knee-deep in water and it was very hard to resist throwing connor into the water
9. nusa penida - it started pouring but we took a picture anyway. months before some tourist fell into the beach below attempting to do a backflip and had to be rope rescued out
10. gyukatsu kyoto - hands down the best gyukatsu we’ve ever had and its not even close. matcha beer was also bomb
