Earlier this week I got the chance to explore Arborialis Luminary as part of Orlando’s Immerse Fest 2026! This immersive experience was created by Architects of Air and is essentially an all encompassing bounce house like structure that visitors can walk through and journey into another world. ❤️💙💚 Arborialis for me felt as though I was walking through the inner spiral of a seashell that sectored off into other compartments. It was actually surprising how confusing it could become to try and navigate or catch your bearings while on the journey of this design. Lit from the natural sunlight outside, the structure features three large offshoot rooms each with a central color that fully saturated the chambers, one of Red, one of Green and one of Blue. A middle Green chamber and the largest in size, serves as a central hub with cut out designs that resemble fish gills give the eye an upward interest as pure light can break through the material. This central hub contains doorways of sorts where the viewer can choose which different pathways of color to take a stroll into. The material the structure is made from also plays with light by reflecting other colors of contrasting hues against the main saturated one. Small cubbies found along the pathways offer places for the viewer to take a rest and admire the structure, even inviting a restful moment accompanied by ethereal sounds. The viewers, who were asked to remove their shoes before entering Arborialis, are encouraged to relax in this structure and forget about the world they’ve left behind outside. 💙❤️💚 Located in the lawn of the Dr Philips Performing Arts Center, this experience will be available the rest of this weekend as part of the Immerse Fest. If you have the time, I recommend you check out this unique experience for yourself ! 💚💙❤️ #architectsofair #arborialis #immersiveexperience #immersefest #orlandoflorida

Meow Wolf Convergence Station, located in Denver Colorado, is said to take visitors through multiple stories of a interdimensional transport hub linking Earth to the Convergence of Worlds! Each floor contains immersive multimedia arts created by over 100 local artists. 😸🌀🐺 In college I had an assignment to cover a trending topic in my field of Entertainment Production Design. I choose to cover the trend of Immersive Experiences, focusing on the company Meow Wolf which only had its initial flagship creation located in Santa Fe New Mexico. At that time Meow Wolf had plans to further expand into both Las Vegas and Denver. It was very rewarding to finally get to experience these fantastical places I had admired from afar and gotten to researched during its initial planning time! Enjoy a taste of that journey for yourself in the Convergence Station. 😸🌀🐺 #meowwolf #meowwolfconvergencestation #meowwolfdenver #immersiveexperience #immersiveart #immersiveartexperience #artcollective #artistcollective #trippy #trippyart #surreal #surrealism #surrealart #denver #denvercolorado

David LaChapelle: As The World Turns 🌎🔄🌍🔄🌏 Checked out the recent exhibit of one of my favorite photographers David LaChapelle at Orlando Museum of Art. I have been a longtime admirer of LaChapelles work as he creates completely over the top imagery, borderline on the surreal with his subjects, whom are more often then not celebrities and infamous recognizable figures of our modern times. I truly admire the commitment to the physically tangible worlds LaChapelle executes in his photographs because the results of AI and computer generated imagery in my opinion are soulless lifeless echoes of empty facades. LaChapelle’s uses built practical set pieces, and dramatic lighting designs in order to stage worlds for models to interact within. From David Bowie to Cher, Tupac and Britney Spears, figures from every genre of music and the entertainment industry have lined up to appear in the pop culturally defining works of LaChapelle. Having worked under Andy Warhol early on in his career, LaChapelle took up the mantel of photographing celebrities as our cultural icons the way Warhol infamously did throughout his career. LaChapelle also has pieces that use models usually in works as stand ins for biblical and religious figures and symbols. His pieces “Jesus Is My Homeboy” feature a Jesus figure surrounded by modern day looking people in street wear and fashionable garb recreated the Last supper in a contemporary context. One of my favorite pieces I had never seen before were part of LaChapelle’s landscape works, featuring zero persons at all. This piece titled “Land Scape Emerald City” is a scale model set piece created from recycled materials and trash put together and lit to resemble an industrial energy plant. I also really enjoyed the photography pieces LaChapelle mounted on glass, painted the photo negatives, framed in French door style window pockets and then lit from behind in order to resemble stained glass works, especially since so many of the subjects featured ethereal and religiously evocative imagery. #davidlachapelle #lachapelle #artexhibit #orlandomuseumofart #omoa Caption continued in comments ⬇️

All The Films I Watched In April 2026 🎬🍿🎞️ Bambi, Son of the White Mare, Santacon, Class Action Park, How to Rob A Bank, Sender, The Man Whom The Trees Loved, Problemista, Joy Ride, Eileen, Tell It To The Bees, Two People Exchanging Saliva. This month I volunteered for the Florida Film Festival and got to check out a couple of films outside of my shifts. Absolutely loved Santacon and watched the other documentaries director Seth Porges has already released that can be found on streaming. These include Class Action Park and How to Rob A Bank which I also absolutely loved, as Porges picks really interesting subjects for his documentaries. Also got to see Sender the psychological thriller staring Britt Lower and features David Dastmalchian, Anna Baryshnikov and Jamie Lee Curtis. Sender immediately drops you into its story about a woman going through recovery and is presented very experimentally with Lowers character being an unreliable narrator. I can’t wait to watch it again one day. Follow Me For Reviews and More On Letterboxd: and_techdesign 🧡🩵💚 #letterboxd #letterboxdaccount #films #cinema #cinephile

Just completed my 2nd year of volunteering with the Florida Film Festival! 🎬🎥🍿👁️ This year I had a much better understanding of what I needed to do to support the festival during my shifts and had an excellent time being able to connect with fellow volunteers and see familiar faces return as attendees. I didn’t get to see as many films as I wanted to but I have added a bunch to my want to watch list. The films I did see, SantaCon and Sender, I really truly enjoyed and would recommend. This organization does an amazing job of promoting and spreading the love of film and story telling. A good handful of volunteers celebrated there 25th volunteer anniversaries and I can only hope to reach that achievement one day. I am hoping to be able to continue to volunteer for many more years to come! #floridafilmfestival #filmfestivals #floridafilm #independentfilm #volunteerwork

TONIGHT! Come and Check Out the “Muses of Music” Group Art Show at The Falcon Bar & Gallery @thefalconbar 🎼🎶🎤 Artists were tasked with creating works that highlight the ways music moves us, whether it be album inspired pieces, to abstract expressions of rhythm and emotion. I have created two pieces for this show featuring my top two favorite artists creating pop music today 🎼😈💘👼🪩🧶📸🍄🎤 My Second piece depicts Chappell Roan, specifically her look and set design from her My Kink Is Karma music video! Chappell’s wardrobe stylings also greatly inspired this painting as her diverse performance and award show outfits tend to make headlines in pop culture and the entertainment industry! I love Chappell Roan’s joyous spirited energy, the way she represents the queer community on a large platform, and how she stands up for herself with her boundaries and privacy. Created using acrylic paints, I am really proud of how this piece turned out still with room to improve🤘 Please come TONIGHT to The Falcon and check out what all of the artists have created for this show! Thank you to @curatingorlando and all the other artist’s that participate in these The Falcon Art Shows for helping me to step up and challenge myself with my painting skills! Really proud of the progress I’ve been making!! #artshow #artdisplay #orlandoartists #chappellroan #mykinkiskarma

I have created two pieces for this show featuring my top two favorite artists creating pop music today! 🧶📸🍄🎤🪩🎼😈💘👼 My First piece depicts my favorite performer Remi Wolf! Wolf’s music blends together pop, soul, funk, jazz, and rap all with a cheeky sense of humor and joy! I have been lucky enough to see Remi Wolf perform live 3x and her energy and stage presence is absolutely incredible! Her personal style also greatly inspired this painting as Remi is known for her loud and eclectic fashion sense and I conveyed this with the wardrobe and electric colors of the painting! Created using acrylic paints, I really challenged myself to go outta my comfort zone by painting an expressive expression on her face and included hands in view, a notoriously difficult element to recreate with paint! I am proud that I challenged myself and mostly pulled it off with still room to improve of course🤘 Please come TONIGHT to The Falcon and check out what all of the artists have created for this show! All The Films I Watched in March 2026 🍿🎬🎞️ My Mom Jayne, Girlhood, Sinners, Certain Women, What Happened Miss Simone, A Girl Walks Home Alone At Night. This month I dedicated to watch films directed by and starring Women for women’s history month. I have been busy doing projects this month and didn’t watch nearly as many films as I normally would, so I am going to continue to watch Women directed and centric films into April as well. The only movie I saw in theaters was Sinners, back for the Oscars week rereleases. It was my first watch of the film and I absolutely loved it and finally now understand all of the hype. Cant wait to watch it again and fully appreciate the detail and craft that went into this genre bending film. Mural Madness 2026! 🫟🎨👨🏾‍🎨👩🏼‍🎨🪣🪜🖌️ Had a great time this weekend attending Mural Madness in Apopka FL where 20 mural artists competed head to head to reach the final top 5! Those top 5 artists were able to create large sized permanent murals on the wall, where 1 work would be declared the winner! Judges and audience votes helped to decide whose works would join the next round. It was truly inspirational to see these artists create there murals in such little time. I believe any future onlookers of these walls would have no idea the limited time it took! The whole competition wrapped up right before the Florida skies opened up but that’s okay because I got a chance to dance in the rain 🤩🤘 In addition to the main permanent murals, other artists were tasked with creating pieces in 30 minutes, some paintings and some with only one black marker. Congratz to all the participating artists for your artistry and dedication in the afternoon heat ! I’m considering possibly applying for the next Mural Madness Event but y’all made it look too easy !! @muralmadness407 #mural #muralpainting #muralcompetition #artcompetition #orlandoart

Florida Birds Mural - Painted by Me ✨🦩🌱✨ 📍On Display Now at Pho Hoa Noodle Soup in the Orlando Milk District! I was given the opportunity to create my second publicly available mural and I am proud to introduce it to you all! Being a born and raised Central Floridian I am inspired everyday by the nature that can be found in our beautiful state! Birds also happen to be my favorite animals and when @wallsofphohoa gave me the opportunity to create my own design, I knew I had to pay tribute to my biggest passion. All of the birds I included in this wall design are birds I have seen on my very own living here in Florida, while out hiking, bird watching and even in my very own backyard. The only bird I haven’t had the privilege to see yet is the Florida Scrub Jay but I felt this endemic bird, found only in Florida, needed to be included in this Florida Bird Mural! My goal is to see one in the wild one of these days, and I even had some lovely onlookers who watched me working on this piece tell me of their experiences of seeing FL Scrub Jays. That’s something special I got to experience from working publicly on this piece, as several guests of the restaurant this wall is located on stopped to tell me of there joyous experiences of seeing these birds in real life. That is why I included an identification guide on the side of the wall, to encourage onlookers to search for each bird as well as Florida native plants that can be found in this mural. This mural is another tribute to the nature of my home state of Florida and I hope all that view this wall can see the heart and passion I put into this work and take that feeling away from the mural. Please take the time to go by and have a meal at Pho Hoa Noodle Soup Orlando @phohoaorlando in order to see this piece I am proud of accomplishing, as well as all of the fantastic murals that cover this building and parking lot. I have loved getting to check out these murals as I completed my work! Thank you again to @wallsofphohoa for considering me for the wall and for letting me create my most favorite thing I’ve ever painted! #mural #muralart #muralartist #orlandoartist #floridaartists
