As we have grown into this space the last several months we’ve learned together how incredible the power of community really is. Gathering places are a sacred commodity in this day and age and we have struggled with how best to make this third space everything to everyone. Here are a list of “commandments” we’ve assembled to smooth out a few bumps in the road. The biggest take aways are be cool, respect the space, small fees for a seat to game after 5pm, please make a purchase every 2hrs, head over to the website to reserve a table for 4 or more, and have fun! We brought Hojicha back on tap for this one, a spin on a classic summer side dish. The toasty flavor of hojicha & oat milk is a perfect complement to our watermelon-cherry syrup, & it gets topped with a strawberry-banana cold foam.

Memorial Day is coming up, & that means we’re officially in barbecue season, so we’re celebrating some of the classic cookout foods this month. This one is a house-made blend of brown sugar, dehydrated plums, dry mustard, beef bouillon, & a hint of smokiness, along with espresso concentrate & oat milk, topped with potato chip cold foam. #anddestroycoffee
MATCHA RIPTIDE
