Today, we’re announcing a new scripted fictional mystery series from Anawan Studios, created in partnership with @huebackbay .
Hue Done It? (working title) is an eight-episode scripted dark comedy murder mystery set inside Hue Boston - the iconic Black-owned restaurant in Boston’s Back Bay.
Anawan is producing the entire season right here in Boston this summer.
Set in one of our city’s most vibrant cultural spaces, the series brings a fictional story to life in a real place, blending local talent, music, nightlife, and the energy that makes Boston what it is.
This is Boston on screen in a way you don’t usually see.
A conversation with @successismycologne , @iamboston , and @rui_canvasking_lopes drops soon, giving a deeper look at the vision behind this iconic Boston project - a series built for Boston, by Boston, IN Boston.
