It’s for connection.
And it’s for my brother Terry.
On the 17th of May, it’s his birthday and I’m inviting you all to meet us at Crosby Beach for sunrise.
No pressure. No judgement.

this is apart of a week of raising awareness around mental health, suicide and addiction that has been put together by four groups that want to end the stigma and raise as much awareness as possible to help those that need it

Fight or Flight, alongside our amazing sponsors Anarchy Studios, have come up with a powerful idea to raise money for a local men’s mental health charity in the North West.
Far too many people across Merseyside have taken their lives too early. It’s time we come together as a community, stand strong, and make a real difference.
We’re looking for a charity to partner with our boxing events. All we ask for is transparency—proof of where the money goes—and in return, we’ll push as much money as possible into the cause. Every penny raised will be handed over on the night of the boxing event.

Lee OG put on a huge performance to defeat Chris Fishgold and claim the Anarchy Champion Belt, making Frank and Tonka proud as he brought the title home. Massive thanks to @fight_or_flight_combat for putting on an unforgettable night of boxing, and big respect to everyone who came out to support the fighters. Lee “OG” returns for his first fight in 10 years. Last time out, he made a statement with an impressive 40-second first round stoppage against a well experienced opponent. This is a massive step up facing Fishgold.
A true Scouse derby between two local men only one can come out victorious. Respect to both fighters.. may the best man win.
