A dream I’ve never stopped chasing 🌏💌
📌I first pictured a flying career years ago, looking at my world map and collection of postcards every day, imagining all the places I wanted to visit.
After attending a recruitment event in Tokyo, packing nearly 10 years of my life into five suitcases, and enduring two intense months of training, I finally earned my wings in August 2025 ✈️
I’ve met incredible people, explored new cities, and begun a whole new chapter in my life — and I’m loving every moment 🙏🏻
Dreams take time, but when they come true, every step is worth it, and I hope my journey inspires anyone who’s still holding onto their dream. Keep going ❤️

Is it worth visiting even with the crowds? 🍃
I would say yes. I still remember the first time I came here almost 10 years ago during my first solo trip to Kyoto 🍁
Back then, very few people knew about this place, and I could quietly sit there for hours just admiring the reflection of nature on the table. Even now, despite becoming much more popular, it still feels magical during both the green leaves and autumn leaves seasons 🌿🍁

Memories from Kyoto’s Shinryoku Season 🌿💚
🍃 Shinryoku (新緑), the season of new green leaves, begins after the cherry blossoms fall and lasts until the deep greens of summer, usually from mid to late April through early June, with May being the peak month.
👘 To celebrate this season and my first trip to Kyoto during this time, I rented a beautiful kimono in colors that matched the season and had an amazing photoshoot with @smile_photo_office 💚
🫶🏻 They offer the most stunning kimonos in Kyoto and know the best locations for photos in every season, allowing for a crowd-free experience. I highly recommend them if you want to create beautiful memories from your trip to Kyoto! 🥹📸
Are you planning to visit Kyoto soon? 🥰

I fell in love with this season 💚
Even if the cherry blossom season is over, the beautiful shinryoku, or new green season, is next. You can enjoy the vibrant green especially around temples and gardens in Kyoto. Tell me a better way to enjoy matcha than with this view 🍵
I added all the locations and an itinerary of my Kyoto Shinryoku trip from last year to my interactive guide to Japan, so if you’d like to learn more about it, please comment "Guide" 🙌🏻
Happy Shinryoku season 🌿

Wisteria garden of my dreams 💜
What comes after the cherry blossom season is over in Japan?
Maybe an even more beautiful and fragrant season: wisteria season 🥹
Perhaps I’ve developed a slight obsession with wisteria, to the point that I traveled across the country searching for them and even created a Wisteria map 📌
My interactive guide featuring all the most beautiful and interesting places I visited in Japan will be launching in 10 days! 🥳

How I welcomed spring this year 🇷🇴💚
Slow days, flowers blooming in our garden, coffee chats with mom, dishes full of childhood memories made by my grandma, and many reminders of the life I built in Japan and the memories from that time 🙏🏻
I’m grateful for everything I’ve experienced so far, and this has been a well-deserved break to reflect on it all 🌸
Now, I’m ready to continue my journey around the world ✈️

My favorite season 🥹
Although I have spent most springs in Japan over the past few years, this year was different. I was happy, though, to welcome spring at home with my family and enjoy all the flowers blooming in our garden 💖
Spring is my favorite season because I love how nature comes to life and everything blooms beautifully, but also because it signifies a new beginning, a fresh start 🌱
Which is your favorite season? 🤗

Hello, April 🌸
In Japan, April 1st symbolizes new beginnings, marking the start of a new school year, university year, or even a fresh year at work. It’s a special day ✨
🗾 I’ve been living and traveling around Japan for the past 10 years, visiting over 40 prefectures from Hokkaido to Okinawa. I have many special memories and experiences from these places, and I’ve been wanting to share them all in one place. I think I’ve found the perfect platform to create an interactive guide 🙌🏻
