Most people think bigger shoulders come from heavier dumbbells. That’s exactly why their shoulders never grow šŸ’€ Your delts do not care how impressive the weight looks. They care about tension. And the second you start swinging, shrugging, and using momentum… the exercise changes completely. This is why some people can grow insane shoulders with lighter weight while others stay stuck forever trying to ego lift. Better execution will always beat sloppy reps. Especially on isolation movements. Slow it down. Control the movement. Actually make the muscle work. That’s how you build capped shoulders šŸ’Ŗ PS: Our team is looking for more successes! 3 ways to build strength so fast it feels illegal šŸ’€ And no, it’s not some secret pre-workout. 1ļøāƒ£ Build a stronger core The stronger and more stable your core is, the more force you can produce. Weak core = weak foundation. 2ļøāƒ£ Stop training with garbage form Good form is not about looking pretty. It’s about stacking joints correctly so the right muscles can actually produce force instead of compensating. That’s how you stop plateauing. 3ļøāƒ£ Improve your mobility More mobility = better positions Better positions = more range of motion More range of motion = more force production Plus your injury risk drops hard. Most people try to get stronger by only adding weight. Meanwhile their movement quality is terrible. Fix the foundation and strength shoots up fast šŸ’Ŗ PS: Our team is looking for more successes! If your ā€œincline chest pressā€ is frying your shoulders and doing absolutely nothing for your upper chest… yeah, it’s because your incline looks like this šŸ’€ I don’t know who convinced people that setting the bench to the moon was a good idea. The higher the incline gets, the more this turns into a shoulder press. Which explains why your delts are cooked and your upper chest still looks flat. Here’s what you actually want: 15 to 30 degrees Chest high the whole set Shoulder blades pinned back Elbows slightly tucked Feet planted like you mean it And when the weight gets hard? Don’t flatten yourself into the bench and start surviving reps. That kills chest tension immediately. Your upper chest grows from tension and position. Not from throwing around dumbbells with your ego. Fix the setup first. Then the chest finally starts growing šŸ’Ŗ PS: Our team is looking for more successes! If your chest flies turn into a full body ritual every set… your chest is not the thing working šŸ’€ The amount of people I see collapsing forward, shrugging their shoulders, and swinging the weight is insane. Then they wonder why their chest still looks flat. Here’s the reality: If your sternum drops, your chest turns off. Now your front delts and biceps are taking over. That’s why you need to: Keep the chest proud Keep the shoulders down Open up into a deep stretch Reach forward WITHOUT folding yourself in half And when it gets hard, don’t abandon the form just to move the weight. Your chest does not care about your ego. It cares about tension. Control the rep. Stretch the muscle. Actually train your chest šŸ’Ŗ Save this for your next push day. If your tricep pushdowns look loud as hell… but your arms still look small šŸ’€ Yeah, we found the problem. Most people do these like they’re trying to fight the cable machine. Shoulders moving everywhere Body rocking back and forth Elbows flying around Meanwhile the triceps barely do any work. Here’s what actually grows them: - Chest up - Shoulder blades locked back - Elbows pinned to your sides - Move ONLY at the elbow - Full stretch up top - Hard lockout at the bottom That’s it. No fancy attachment needed. Just stop turning it into a full body exercise. More control = more tension = bigger triceps šŸ’Ŗ Save this before your next arm day. If your incline curls look like this, don’t expect bigger biceps šŸ’€ The whole point of an incline curl is: šŸ‘‰ Full stretch šŸ‘‰ Full contraction šŸ‘‰ Zero momentum But most people turn it into a shoulder swing competition. Fix this instead: Set the bench around 45 to 60 degrees Lay fully back with your head against the pad Keep tension on the bicep the entire rep Stretch all the way down Curl all the way up and squeeze hard If your body is moving, your biceps aren’t working. Slow it down. Control it. Grow šŸ’Ŗ Save this for your next arm workout. PS: Our team is looking for more successes! You’ve been training for months… But your body still looks the same. Here’s the hard truth: Just ā€œworking outā€ doesn’t mean you’re building muscle. These are the signs your training isn’t working: 1ļøāƒ£ You don’t see any visual changes Your physique looks the same month after month. 2ļøāƒ£ You’re not getting stronger The weights and reps haven’t improved in weeks. 3ļøāƒ£ Your workouts don’t create any fatigue You leave the gym feeling like you barely trained. 4ļøāƒ£ You never get sore Soreness isn’t required, but never feeling any stimulus is a red flag. 5ļøāƒ£ Your hunger hasn’t increased Hard training usually increases appetite because your body needs more fuel. Muscle is your body’s response to demand. If there’s no reason to grow… It won’t. Train with intensity. Progress your lifts. Eat enough to recover. That’s how muscle is built. Which one do you relate to most? šŸ‘‡ PS: Our team is looking for more successes! The gym habit I recommend you skip šŸ’€ Actually… a few of them. āŒ Ego lifting your way to results Stop rushing. Muscle takes time āŒ Comparing yourself to everyone else You don’t know their genetics, history, or ā€œsupplementsā€ āŒ Acting like a gym hermit Train hard, but don’t be afraid to learn from people better than you āŒ Copying everyone’s workouts What works for someone else might suck for you āŒ Thinking more weight is the only way to grow Control, execution, tempo, and volume matter too Most people don’t fail because they lack effort. They fail because they chase the wrong things. Train smarter and the results come way faster šŸ’Ŗ PS: Our team is looking for more successes! You’re ā€œworking outā€ but your body looks the exact same šŸ’€ Here’s why: 1ļøāƒ£ You’re not getting stronger If the weights never go up, neither will your muscle 2ļøāƒ£ You don’t look any different Months of training with zero visual change is a red flag 3ļøāƒ£ You’re not gaining weight despite ā€œeating a lotā€ You’re either under-eating or overestimating everything 4ļøāƒ£ Your workouts don’t feel challenging If every set feels comfortable, don’t expect growth 5ļøāƒ£ Someone stronger watches your workout and says it sucks Hurts to hear, but sometimes you need honesty Muscle comes from progression, effort, and consistency. Not just showing up and moving weights around. Train harder. Track better. Stop guessing šŸ’Ŗ PS: Our team is looking for more successes! And no, having big legs doesn’t always mean strong legs. Here’s how you know they’re lacking: 1ļøāƒ£ You can’t squat to proper depth Strength and mobility go together more than people think 2ļøāƒ£ You barely train legs directly Skipping leg day catches up fast 3ļøāƒ£ Your legs are noticeably smaller than your upper body Big imbalance = weak foundation 4ļøāƒ£ Your strength is low for your body weight Especially on lower body movements 5ļøāƒ£ Bodyweight squats and lunges feel hard Those should not feel like max effort 6ļøāƒ£ You struggle to stay stable on upper body compounds Weak legs limit force production and overall stability Strong legs help everything. Better lifts. Better balance. Better athleticism. Stop treating leg training like an optional extra 🦵 Save this and go train your legs properly. PS: Our team is looking for more successes!
