RADIO:TRAUMA 064: AN SYSTEM AN System is the project of Artem Nikiforov, a Russian-based producer whose work has traveled worldwide. His remixes and original compositions have been released on labels such as TAR, Jerome, Ashida Park, ANBA, and Menuise Records, as well as being played on NTS, Rinse FM, and BBC 1xtra. It has even found itself as an MMA opening; fighter Peyton Talbott’s walkout at UFC 311 featured an edit of his track “Strange World”. Inspired by a broad range of musicians and club night experiences, AN System’s work has recently focused on Hard Techno (Bochka) and Psytrance like sounds. For This mix, AN System debuts his most recent work alongside work of his contemporaries, delivering 45 minutes of harsh kicks and melodies drawing form intense techno and hardstyle-adjacent sounds.
