The “watch me work” mentality. Nobody is watching you work. And if you think they are, that’s your ego talking. Trying to prove something to people who have no real meaning in your life is empty. It’s a void you’ll never be able to fill no matter how hard you grind, how much you post, or how loud you get about it. The shift happens when you realize the only person watching you work is you. The only person you’re competing against is you. The only person responsible is you. That’s when you’ve matured as an individual, entrepreneur, and as a leader. And at that point, if you’re lucky, your mission becomes bigger than you. You stop working to be seen and start working to give. Because the most fulfilling part of entrepreneurship is not what you build for yourself. It’s what you have the opportunity to give to everyone else.

After decades of women being dismissed, PCOS finally has a new name. Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome. PMOS. The new name reflects what millions of women have been living with for years. A hormonal, metabolic, multi-system condition. Not just an ovary problem. For too long, women with this condition were told their symptoms didn’t add up. Irregular periods. Infertility. Weight gain. Insulin resistance. Acne. Excess facial and body hair. Brain fog. Skin tags. Inflammation. Fatigue. Hair thinning. Stomach bloat. The name change isn’t cosmetic. It’s the foundation for better research, better guidelines, and better care. Find a provider and a clinic that understands it’s no longer PCOS. It’s PMOS. This is a win for women’s healthcare! #pmos #pcos

it was such an honor to work with @amystuttle , the owner and powerhouse behind @victorymenshealth . she’s building something truly meaningful in the health and wellness space, and this shoot was all about capturing that next level—elevated, refined, and fully aligned with her brand. we photographed a mix of color and black and white, but if you know me… black and white is always my love language. so we’re starting there. 🖤 clean. timeless. powerful. more from this session coming soon! ✨ if your brand is evolving—or you’re ready for it to—let’s create something that actually reflects that. 🖤 dm for branding session details.

Most cash pay hormone clinics open on an extremely tight budget. Which is exactly why the free tools matter. A LinkedIn page is one of those free tools. And most clinics either do not have one, or have a half-built page nobody has touched in two years. Both are costing them. If you are opening or running a cash pay clinic, this is one of the things I tell you to fix. It is free, and free things done right are how clinics on tight budgets can win. Do the little things right to win big. 💪

A Cleveland Clinic study of more than 53,000 employees found a reported flu vaccine effectiveness of -26.9% during the 2024–2025 season. Researchers followed Cleveland Clinic employees in Ohio who were employed as of October 1, 2024. Employees were grouped based on whether they received the 2024–2025 flu vaccine, then researchers tracked who later tested positive for influenza through Cleveland Clinic’s testing system. They used a statistical model to compare flu risk between vaccinated and unvaccinated employees over time. The reported negative effectiveness means the vaccinated group had a higher observed risk of testing positive for flu in that specific dataset. This was an observational real-world study, not a randomized controlled trial. The paper is a preprint and has not yet been peer reviewed. The CDC reported that the 2024–2025 flu vaccine was 36%–54% effective against outpatient flu illness in adults. 🤔

Is the FDA finally catching up to clinical reality? For years, men with symptoms of low testosterone were told they did not qualify for treatment. That meant a lot of men were dismissed. A lot of men were undertreated. And a lot of men were told they were “fine” when they clearly were not. After an expert panel met with the FDA in December 2025, the agency reviewed the data and clinical evidence and is now encouraging testosterone manufacturers to pursue adding idiopathic hypogonadism as an approved indication. It signals that the FDA may finally be starting to acknowledge what many experienced clinicians have seen for years. Could descheduling testosterone be next?? We can only hope.

From meeting @amystuttle at a party after we complimented each other’s outfits to becoming her stylist and now standing on set for her rebrand shoot ahead of her launch of @victorymenshealth 5.0 We weren’t just updating headshots, Amy is building a visual identity that matches exactly who she is right now. The vision, the leadership, the presence she brings into every room: it was all captured on camera by @jaimayhew and @ashleyfaith.mua on Amy’s hair and make-up. Honored to have worked alongside you guys! It is never about one person’s vision, it’s always about a team to bring a person’s vision to life! Steaming clothes, curating the suit, the shoot, it’s all the same work. Helping people show up as who they are. Their story, told through style. That’s the job. Amy is one of those clients who makes that work easy, she’s clear on who she is, she shows up fully, and her style reflects every bit of it. A powerhouse with a heart and the looks to back it up. I mean, just look at the BTS raw footage! 😍 Now I encourage everyone to go see what she’s building @victorymenshealth #queenenergy #menshealth #fashion #ootd #stl

Not every patient needs pellets. Every patient needs options. One of the biggest red flags in hormone optimization is when a clinic acts like one delivery method is the answer for everyone who walks through the door. Since when does any therapy in medicine work for 100% of patients? Good medicine is individualized. Real hormone optimization means understanding multiple delivery methods and knowing when each one makes sense. If only one option is being sold, that is not individualized care. That is a model. Are you being given real options, or just being sold one?

Peptide News: Amazon just quietly removed every single bacteriostatic water product from their platform. They are currently named in a lawsuit after a customer required multiple surgeries following an infection linked to sterile water products sold on their platform. A third-party study found that 9 out of 11 products failed basic quality standards. People were injecting with them. Is the removal due them working along side our government to crack down on black market peptides? Or because the quality of the product? Are syringes being removed next?
