Two books and a whole lot of truth. šŸ’ÆšŸ’„ Our story matters, and your story matters too. Every story has the power to light a path for someone else , someone who has been quiet, afraid, hiding, or silenced. I hope this reminds you that your voice is powerful, your story is needed, and you are not alone. Sharing your truth isn’t always easy, but it is brave, it is healing, and it has the power to set others free. So speak up, write it down, tell it out loud, or just believe it in your heart. 🫶Your story isn’t just yours , it’s a lifeline for someone else waiting to be heard. #healingjourney #healingfromtrauma #holydisruptors #author #books #truth

When silence protects abusers, I will always choose to speak. My heart is with the victim, her courage is everything. Children deserve to be safe, protected, and believed. Full statement at the link in bio. #protectchildren

I’m so excited to launch ā€˜The Dory Jackson Interview’ series as part of my growing YouTube channel! On the series’ debut episode, I am kicking things off with Amy Duggar King, whom you may know from TLC’s ’19 Kids and Counting’. You may have also seen her family make headlines in recent years due to a series of devastating scandals, something of which she has been very outspoken about on social media and in the press — including with me! I hope to bring more interviews to you soon, but in the meantime, check out what Amy Duggar King has to say about ongoing family scandals, creating boundaries, her faith, her ā€˜Louder Today’ endeavor and finding her voice. Thanks, all, for the support! 🫶 #journalism #fyp #duggarfamily #crimenews #realitytvnews

I lost 10K followers last week… just like that. Turns out, Instagram cleared out fake bots. Thousands of them. At first, I panicked. ā€œWhat did I do?ā€ ā€œWhy are people leaving?ā€ ā€œWhat’s wrong with me?ā€ And then it hit me… None of them were real. So why did it feel like I lost something? Why do we let numbers mess with our peace? Why do we tie our worth to a screen? Because if I’m honest… for a second, I did. But here’s the truth: I don’t want a platform full of ghosts. I want real people. Real connection. Real impact. I want to encourage real hearts. I’d rather have 100 people who genuinely care than 100,000 that don’t even exist. So no, I didn’t lose.I got refined. And maybe this is your reminder too: You are not your follower count. You are not your likes. You are not your engagement. You are real. You are seen. If you are still here then thank you, you matter to mešŸ’›šŸ’› Thank you for following and I hope you enjoy my content!

Watching you be a mother is one of the greatest gifts of my life. The way you love Dax, protect him, teach him, and pour your heart into our family is something I’ll never take for granted. You bring warmth, strength, joy, and so much love into our home every single day. Dax and I are beyond blessed to call you ours. Happy Mother’s Day to the woman who makes our family whole.

Daxton, you are my favorite!! I love being your mama so much! I tell you every single day that you are my treasure! It is my honor to protect you fiercely To cover you in love To guide you To teach you right from wrong And to stand between you and anything that tries to dim your light. I will always be your safe place. Happy Mother’s Day to the women who would never turn a blind eye to harm Let me say it clearly: The protection of your children is non negotiable. Not for a marriage Not for appearances Not for anyone’s comfort or family loyalty. That is the kind of mother I choose to be. And that is the kind of motherhood I celebrate today. The real ones. The courageous ones. The take no bs ones. The ones who will do everything in their power to protect their children. If that’s you, I just want to say thank you for being strong, powerful and unapologetic.

Every Friday = Yes Day šŸŽ‰ He’s in charge (send help šŸ˜‚) What we eat, what we do… all of it. It’s these core memories that I know he will never forget… I saw growing up how a day wasn’t really special unless it was your birthday, so I wanted to do things differently once I was a mama! We’ve done Free day Fridays for 6 years straight and have loved every single one of them!

I used to think peace was boring. Growing up surrounded by the chaos of drama and trauma, I was so addicted to the roller coaster—the highs, the lows, the fighting, and the making up. Safety felt dull because my nervous system was hardwired for conflict. I truly didn’t understand what healthy stability looked like; it was a completely foreign concept to me. But I finally realized that the peace I was running from was exactly what I needed all along. Learning to embrace quiet, safety, and emotional consistency has been the greatest gift I’ve ever given myself. Breaking the cycle of trauma means choosing the calm, even when it feels uncomfortable at first. @cultstoconsciousness #healingjourney #traumarecovery #innerpeace #selfgrowth #breakingcycles

I homeschool with a rhythm that feels alive šŸ¤ We knock out our core subjects in about two hours ish- with breaks . We start the day off slow with breakfast/ his fav show and I just let him wake up! Then we focus, I’m intentional, I have a plan on what I’m teaching, I incorporate games and then we are done. And then… The day opens up and he gets to be a kid and follow what he loves. I think that’s so important, to just let kids be kids. Some days that looks like boots on at the farm, feeding cows and getting his hands dirty and then grabbing the fishing rod with dad and papa! Other days it’s in the kitchen, cracking eggs and proudly making his own meals like a little chef. I definitely have a smart one on my hands! And here’s the part that just makes me smile—he scored in the 99th percentile on his standardized testing! 🄹 Proof that learning doesn’t have to be rigid to be really effective! It’s this life, this freedom, this way of learning… I love it so much. I think it’s healing something in me to be able to mold, shape his young mind, to give him what I didn’t have. Being able to homeschool is such a privilege to actually slow down and actually see him, not rush him, not to pressure him. I’m not forcing a timeline. Because this isn’t just about how he learns, it’s about how he feels while he’s learning. šŸ’›
