My friend Nikki and I went to “A Festival of Indian Classical Singing” at the beautiful Hindu Temple of Florida in Tampa this weekend and it was such a cool experience. The music was so layered and emotional and unlike anything I normally listen to live.
I really loved getting to experience traditional Indian classical music in such an incredible setting. The architecture, atmosphere, and artistry all together made the whole evening feel really special and immersive. Grateful for opportunities like this in Tampa.
Brunch at Mise en Place in Ybor with 2 of our longest time friends! I met Melissa before I knew Michael! She even catered our wedding!! Melissa was there when I bought my first camera and is the reason I switched to an Apple computer. Time flies and some friendships are just built to last. Brunch was great and we all love the new Mise en Place!

Celebrated our 19th wedding anniversary at the new Mise en Place location. It was an incredible vibe! We love the new space and Ybor location-it’s perfect in all the right ways: vibrant, women walking dogs outside (something that never used to happen in Ybor), trolley passing by the window…and of course impeccable service and food by Chef Marty Blitz. It was such a nice evening to celebrate with my love!
Incredible evening at the University of Tampa's world-class concert series. The Ferman Center for the Arts is stunning, a must-see, as these concerts are free and open to the public. Tonight's concert was by the Amernet String Quartet. I've never seen or heard anything like it and I'm still processing the level of mastery and sound. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
