My brand is called Fuchsia Shaw because Fuchsia is actually my other name. It’s what my dad always called me he never once called me Amy. If he did, I’d think he was talking about someone else. My parents have always been together, but they couldn’t agree on a name (or were both stubborn I guess lol). That connection to flowers has always been part of me (although my obsession with growing them is pretty new!) and I’ve finally brought it into my work. I’ve never designed prints or florals before, but I just had a craving. It’s autumnal, muted, and rooted in the brown tones I love with vintage vibes. Looking forward to launching it later this month and would love to know your thoughts 🥀❤️

4/10/24 🥀 our wedding on film shot by @emmylou.kelly . You guys know how much I love film photography, so it was a total non-negotiable for me. It’s a love I actually inherited from my dad, who spent most of my childhood with a film camera around his neck. There’s something about film that makes the ordinary feel romantic the grain, the light leaks, the imperfections. All those beautiful colours and soft, nostalgic vibes.

It breaks my heart to share that our wonderful Dad has passed away aged 64. After facing pancreatic cancer with incredible strength, he left us after over two years of fighting. These have been the hardest years of our lives, yet my dad never gave up. Despite his diagnosis, I always hoped this day would never come, and I’m heartbroken to face the rest of my life without him. I feel so lucky to have had the most amazing dad. We are completely devastated and can’t imagine life without him. He was the most intelligent, kindest, funniest man and there are already countless things I wish I could ask him, show him, or tell him. My heart aches knowing I can’t.

Ad. I need my bags to work with everything I wear this is the @songmont_official Large Yore Tote that hasn’t left my arm since I got her out the box. Big enough to fit my laptop, work bits water etc and the 400 other things I seem to carry around every day but looks really minimal and clean. *theyve also given me a code ‘amyPath’ which gets you a free Yore cardholder with any orders over £300. The leather is full-grain so it has that soft luxe texture that gets better with wear, and I love that you can change the shape depending on how you wear it. Relaxed and slouchy for everyday or snapped in when you want it to feel a bit more structured. I even used her on our latest shoot literally with every single look. She’s perfect. #songmontlatticecollection

My fav part of these pics is that you can see my mum taking the photos in the background 😂❤️📸🧍🏼‍♀️forever my biggest supporter she’s been taking my outfit pics for the best part of the last decade. We went to see the @schiaparelli exhibition at the @vamuseum and it was incredible.

Yesterday afternoon I had a bit of a wobble but you’re response to the Bette shirt gave me LIFE! ‘The Long Weekend’ collection is inspired by all the good things in life, long lunches, hot coffee, getting dressed with nowhere to be, good conversations, old buildings and so much more. At 6pm tonight I’m revealing another design. If you want early access to the full collection on the 14th comment ‘waitlist’ and il get you in ❤️

This is post is a love letter to this jacket 🤍 Do you have a comfort item in your wardrobe? This is mine. I’m not really a florals person… and yet I literally designed this 🤣 and surprised myself that I reach for almost every day 🌸 it’s become a bit of a comfort blanket not just because it feels like wearing one but I think it triggers a bit of joy in my brain. There’s something about the contrast I love a romantic print with an oversized, undone shape. It shouldn’t work (for me), but it really does. Funny how the pieces you think aren’t “you” end up becoming your favourites
