Which is why we feel “Fighting to Belong!” is so important, too—a graphic novel series that introduces AANHPI history in a fun and engaging way to expand education efforts, broaden narratives, and—in time—drive real change.

When our biggest problem was that the awards show was too long, you know it’s a successful comic con! Thank you to all the sponsors, volunteers, creators, and attendees that made our show possible. We held our 4th annual Suzy Awards, had student artists table at the show, published our first comic, awarded three students with scholarships, won a county award, and inducted 10 creators into our inaugural P’burg Comics Hall of Fame! Yesterday was beyond epic!
