I used to think success looked like doing more, achieving more, being more. Now… I just want slow mornings with my boys, fresh sourdough for breakfast and muddy hands from growing our own veg 🥕🥦 A life that feels calm, not chaotic 🤍 #slowliving #mumlifeuk #growyourown #maternalwellness #intentionalmotherhood

I used to think my children had “too much energy”… that they needed to calm down, sit still, be quieter. But the truth is they didn’t need less energy… they needed more space. Space to move space to explore space to breathe Out here, everything softens. The meltdowns ease, the noise settles, and they come back to themselves without me forcing it. Sometimes it’s not about correcting the behaviour… it’s about changing the environment. Less walls, more space 🌲 #outdoorchildhood #nervoussystemregulation #motherhoodunfiltered #natureheals #raisingwildones

There’s a certain kind of woman… the one who notices everything the way the light hits the trees the sound of birds in the morning the quiet magic of the moon 🌙 she feels deeply she slows down she sees what others rush past and somewhere along the way, she was made to feel like that was “too much” but it isn’t in a world that’s constantly rushing, numbing, and disconnecting… your softness is needed your awareness is needed you are needed 🤍 ⸻ #motherhoodunfiltered #slowmotherhood #gentleparenting #mindfulmotherhood natureconnection

ad| The quickest way to get my boys interested in fruit and veg… make it feel like a treat! ✨ Anything that turns snack time into something fun instantly gets their attention. Safe to say I think I have found the ultimate mum hack this year! 🥕🍊🍎 I may have made a cheeky few for myself as well 🤪 Thanks @Thechillfactoruk 🙌🏻 #ChillFactor #ChillFactorSlushies #MumLife #snacktime

I mean I do leave the house… but only if it involves, buying seeds, compost or new plant babies 🤷🏼‍♀️ Oh or to go explore and be whimsy in the woodlands 🌲 #30something #outdoorfamilies #growyourfood #gardeninglife

Anyone else deal with overwhelm by adding more responsibility? 😅 Apparently my coping strategy is plants, animals, gardening projects and anything else that requires daily care. Chaos… but the wholesome kind 🌱 #mumlife #gardenlife #natureathome #chaoticgood #mumhumour growyourown reallifeparenting

The little eyes watching us are always learning what’s possible. When our children see women speak up, dream big, and keep going even when things feel hard… they learn they can too. Here’s to the women showing the next generation what strength really looks like. Happy International Women’s Day. 💛 #InternationalWomensDay #RaiseStrongHumans #MotherhoodJourney #WomenSupportingWomen #MumLife

Sometimes I watch my children interacting with the world and I’m reminded that kindness is something we’re all born with. They don’t judge who deserves it. They don’t overthink it. They just give it freely. Maybe the world wouldn’t feel so heavy if we all kept a little more of that childlike kindness. 🤍 #motherhoodunplugged #raisingkindhumans #motherhoodmoments #mindfulmotherhood #parentingwithheart
