This project was created to honor rural Moroccan women whose strength, style, and daily struggle inspired us deeply. These women work from sunrise to sunset, yet their stories are rarely seen or heard. Through this photography project, we wanted to give visibility to people who have spent their lives without recognition.
What the world calls today streetwear has roots that already existed in their natural way of dressing: layered clothing, bandanas, caps over scarves, mixed patterns, and bold colors born from necessity and identity, not fashion trends. For us, they are a real source of inspiration and deserve respect.
We photographed them in their own environment and turned this project into wearable art that will later be printed on clothing, allowing more people to carry and represent their story.
Because celebrating women should not happen only one day a year — some women deserve to be honored every day.

It is with humility and love that I wanted to share a bit of myself through this project and express gratitude to this place where a lot of us found peace and home.

It took me 30 years to finally fully embrace this side of myself (better late than never). Even though the people who have crossed my path know my unconditional love for music—and have probably heard me sing at least once—through my involvement in musical projects that were never truly mine,
Today, I couldn’t open a musical hostel without giving a part of myself, as vulnerable as it may be. I owe it to myself to stay fully aligned, and instead of making long speeches, I’ll leave you with the best part of me.
