The body breaks them down into glucose and stores that as glycogen in the liver and muscles for energy for athletes 🍝✅ Healthy fats are essential nutrients that provide long-lasting energy, support brain function, and protect the heart health. They are crucial for absorbing vitamins A, D, E, and K 🥑✅ Eating transfats, like those found in processed food, have no good health benefits. They simultaneously raise “bad” (LDL) cholesterol and lower “good” (HDL) cholesterol. They trigger systemic inflammation, which is linked to heart disease, stroke, and diabetes.🍩❌ food is fuel, you wouldn’t put bad fuel in your bike would you?!?

Tips for a safe and effective Bent Over Row ✅💪🏻 - keep your spine in a neutral position - brace your core to support your spine - bring your should blades together as you pull the weight up - move the weight slowly and with control, especially as you lower it back down - ALWAYS MOVE PURPOSEFULLY & have fun!
