🚨 ICE IS TRAINED BY THE ISRAELI MILITARY!
When we say Palestine and immigrant rights in the US are connected, that's not a far-fetched metaphor. ICE and Israel work hand-in-hand, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to protest one and not the other! 📣📣
☝🏻 Here's why we must protest BOTH entities in-tandem
1. Israel and ICE train together
2. ICE and the Israeli Military are partners in "counter-terrorism" strategies (aka, anti-BIPOC violence)
3. ICE uses Israeli weapons
4. ICE detains Israel's critics and therefore share their colonial interests
It is impossible to stop either entity--ICE or the Israeli military--except by protesting both! From Turtle Island to Palestine, none of us are free until we're ALL free. 🇵🇸🇲🇽🙏🏻
🍉 It’s That Time Again: AMP Relaunches Annual Date Boycott Campaign
For more than 13 years, AMP’s annual date boycott campaign has decimated Israel’s market share in the U.S. date market. What used to be the largest share of imported dates to the U.S. has now diminished to number five or six on the list of imported dates, eclipsed by dates from Mexico, Tunisia, Algeria, Türkiye, and Saudi Arabia. Consumers are well aware of Israel’s rebranding techniques and have pushed both retailers and distributors away from Israeli dates.
👉🏼 As we get closer to the blessed month of Ramadan, be sure to visit our site: BoycottGuide.org, where you can find all the resources you need to boycott Israeli dates, including graphics, brand names, social media materials, and more. Play a role in advancing the boycott of Israel through your boycott of Israeli dates.

Join the MN Anti War Committee and American Muslims For Palestine on Sunday, May 17th at 2pm at Chute Square, 28 University Ave SE, MPLS to commemorate the 78th anniversary of Al-Nahkba
Al-Nahkba, meaning “The Catastrophe”, is a solemn day of remembrance for Palestine. It’s the day of the year where we remember the 15,000+ Palestinians who were murdered by the Israeli occupation in 1948, the year of the establishment of the Zionist state of Israel.
Not only were 15,000 people killed during the Nahkba, almost exclusively women, children and civilians, but over 750,000 Palestinians were ethically cleansed from their homes and homeland, creating the largest ethnic diaspora in existence to this day.
After 2 and a half years of the ongoing Israeli genocide in Gaza and the continued annexation of Palestinian land in the West Bank, we know that the Nahka was not a singular event but the ongoing project of ethnic cleansing of Palestinians from Palestine for the past 78 years, the Nahka was only the beginning but it never ended. Join us as we say “Enough is Enough!
End the siege on Gaza, end the genocide, stop the annexation of land in the West Bank, end the Nahkba once and for all and let Palestine live”.
Come stand with the Palestine solidarity community as we commemorate the lives, land and homes stolen by the Israeli occupation of Palestine
End US aid to Israel
Right to resist and right to return
End the blockade of Gaza
MN Divest from Genocide
Free Salah Sarsour and all political prisoners

PLAY ANNOUNCEMENT: Birthright Palestine by Sana Wazwaz
We’re finishing off the first day of our Midwestern Festival of New SWANA Plays with a piece by one of our own local playwrights! Don’t miss our public reading of “Birthright Palestine,” by Palestinian American writer and theater artist, Sana Wazwaz!
After showcasing an earlier version of “Birthright Palestine” in 2023, we are proud to present a new iteration of the show, which has been re-developed through our 2025-2026 Playwright Incubator Program.
PLAY SYNOPSIS: After protesting a Zionist group’s “Birthright Israel Trip,” a government-funded trip to Israel for Jewish students, Aida Shalabi and her university’s Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) chapter are victims of a massive smear campaign and suspended for alleged anti-semitism. But this semester, SJP returns from suspension, and Aida’s heart is set on returning somewhere bigger–-to organize the first ever Birthright Palestine trip.
Our discussion will be moderated by Palestinian American writer, physician, and activist, Dr. Christine Harb!
