🌕QUARKS AND MUONS - 7.5% ABV
After a lengthy discussion on the future of space travel and quantum entanglement's potential role in such explorations at a Milwaukee beer bar, subatomic particles came up, and this beer was born. We combine Freestyle Riwaka and a great lot of Mosaic for a blend of complex tropical citrus and dank berry notes. Pours a stable yellow opaque haze that never stops. This beer is basically Nelson Indemnity but with Riwaka/Mosaic swapped in, so you might argue it is actually "entangled" with it's fellow combinatory macro particle. Available on draft when we open at 4pm on Monday and in four packs to go, and soon at select craft beer spots around SE WI.

ARTEMIS KEY LIME LIGHT - 5.0% ABV
Gluten free hard seltzer with Key Lime, Orange, Coconut, and a ton of Madagascar vanilla. Pours thick from the coconut, with a key lime pie with orange slices vibe the entire time. Vegan. All real fruit. No fake stuff.
GOAT RODEO THE BRUCE - 6.0% ABV
This series represents our foray into how they make hazy beers on the west coast. They are hazy, not bitter, fruity, but more easy drinking and slightly less sweet than what we usually drink here in the upper midwest. For this variant, we used a unique blend of hops from @freestylehops that combines several mid harvested varieties from NZ blended together. Expect mango, sweet grapefruit, and nectarine in a pale yellow package that remains crushable. We might even call this a hazy pale ale.
