Prawn curry 🍤 Mum generously said it was nicer than hers. Here's the recipe: Fry 1 small diced onion in 3 tbsp olive oil until soft. Add 2 chopped spring onions, 5 curry leaves, 4 cloves of garlic grated, a 1” piece of ginger grated, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1/4 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp curry powder and 1/4 cup of water and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Then add 250g of prawns, 1 tsp paprika powder, 3 sprigs of chopped coriander, and 1/4 cup of milk and mix all the ingredients well. Juice a whole lime and then pop half of the lime in the pan, keeping the juice aside. Cook on a medium heat for five minutes with the occasional stir. Turn off the heat, take the lime out, add the lime juice, mix well and serve.
