Running has taught me to slow down but never to stop.
I stepped back from creating because I was losing my balance.
Now, I want to create with purpose and intention not just for the algorithm.
This month, I ran 31.58 km. Not my best.
Not because I couldnāt but because I didnāt challenge myself enough.
Iām willing to struggle.
Iām willing to feel the pains.
Because thatās what it takes to become a better runner, and a better version of myself.

I started this running journey last year, and itās honestly incredible that Iām still at it, going harder every day.
I really thought Iād give up⦠but I didnāt :)
I hit 20km in the first and last week. Missed the second week,but thatās okay. We go again this month šŖš¾

Week3 || 20km-a-week
This challenge has been so interesting. Iāve run more in a single week than ever.š®āšØ
Unfortunately, I couldnāt hit 20km in the second week like I did in the first, but l promised myself lād finish strong in the last week.
And itās mind-blowing that I ran 10km.
It always amazes me what our bodies can achieve when we stretch it.
