Six times running Cocodona, and Andy Glaze still loves this race.
Why? Because it strips you bare, makes you dig deep, and shows you parts of yourself you didn’t know existed.
A skateboard pump track and carbon shoes was quite the combo.
Definitely hard to find a rhythm and the Arizona heat made it challenging. But the live music in the middle made it incredible. @satisfyrunning x @adidasrunning circld pit. I ran in the first wave and then made the finals but sadly did not win. I'm built for comfort, not speed.

@harveylewisultrarunner and I are running from Cincinnati to Columbus on May 23rd-25th. Stopping along the way to do book signings. Come run some miles. Come buy a book. Come get your book signed. Come say hi.
Then on May 30th, I will be running around the island of Manhattan which I have never done. Hope you can join me for some miles. We're going old school and using shops as aid stations.

@thebigasscalendar
I love the feeling of being destroyed after a race and having to slowly put myself back together. Cocodona 250 destroyed me.
