Here is a little window into what happens, mostly in my head, when I train. I pick something I’m not good at, like shooting. Specifically close stuff and transitions. At this session I wanted to add exits and entries. I set a baseline then I push speed. Then patch up targets and lay down a points mode run and usually I shave time off and get way better points. Enjoy.
Also, the @amg_lab Sidekick BT, is sick. Great value and it talks to tablets!
