If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever.
Peppa, our sweet rescued pug who we only had the honour of loving for 3 weeks but will continue to love forever. An angel who’d only known abuse her whole life until being surrendered.
We may have only had her in our lives for a short time but we loved her as if she’d been in it forever.
We picked her up covered in fleas, she had a hernia the size of her head which contained her intestines, uterus and womb. It was a miracle she’d made it through life this far. More needs to be done to protect these babies from neglect.
Life is cruel, but despite that her tail never stopped wagging. All she wanted was love and cuddles and that’s all we wanted to give her.
Everyone loved her despite only a few special people meeting her which shows how truly special she was.
