Cape Town - a busy few days but glad to have been able to be a tourist for a day and enjoy the beauty of the Table Mountain, Cape Point and other iconic spots in and around the city.
The best part was spending time with my babe @ambteesugar , who has been putting in the hours at work in Capetown for a few months.
We took the "easy" way and went up the mountain via the cable car while some others with "extra life" at home decided to hike up the mountain, a few choosing the very difficult route up. No thank you.....I am here for the soft life, the views and content 😄😄.
Definitely going back to do more and see more of Cape Town.

Today, on World Tuberculosis Day, we raise awareness about a disease that remains a global health challenge—especially for children. TB is preventable and treatable, yet millions of children worldwide continue to be affected due to delayed diagnosis, lack of access to healthcare, and low awareness.
Symptoms in kids can be subtle—persistent cough, weight loss, night sweats, and fever. Early diagnosis & treatment can save lives!
This year’s theme is “Yes! We can end TB!” and together, we can! By spreading awareness, ensuring timely vaccinations, and promoting early detection, we can protect our children from this preventable disease.
As doctors, caregivers, and advocates, let’s work together to end childhood TB. If your child has had close contact with someone with TB or is showing symptoms, seek medical advice promptly!
