3 WEEKS OUT - ISO’s & EXPLOSIVE POWER 🥊💥
Wanted to continue the series of Abbies fight camp and how we transition through each phase of camp we started with more building strength & power then we begin to transition over into more explosive power & speed.
As you can see a lot of the exercise selection is the same but we just program it to the phase we are in. I like it to all flow into each other.
Changes I make when we come 4/3 weeks out from the fight is we start to speed things up, we want to build fight day sharpness, also to reduce fatigue but still get load into the joints and muscles so we add things like over-coming isometrics or reduced ROM lifts.
These are my favourite blocks wrapping the camp and seeing transition over to the sport 💥🥊👊🏼
