Bright and instantly alive. Slightly wild, with that natural fermented energy right from the first sip.
Aromatic profile: sea buckthorn leads — sharp, vibrant. Apple softens it, gooseberry adds a green, tart edge. A subtle salty touch underneath gives depth and a hint of minerality.
