My friend and I had never ventured into Norwich market despite living here our whole lives, so today was the day we ticked that off the bucket list and it did not disappoint!✨ #norwich #visitnorwich #norwichmarket #norwichfood

there’s still some work going on behind the scenes that I don’t talk about much but I wanted to share these wins. OCD can feel SO isolating but you’re not alone🫶🏼🧠💐 #ocd #ocdrecovery #mentalhealthawareness

A year of group therapy? Completed itttt ✅ now I just need to get my beta blocker up to the right dose, finish my 1:1 sessions & move out of supported living and I shall be (pretty much) free from the mental health system🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋 #mentalhealth #vlog #ditl #therapy

Physical anxiety symptoms can make you feel more anxious because your body reacts first, and your brain can then interprets those sensations as danger rather than anxiety. This then creates a cycle where symptoms like a racing heart or dizziness increase fear, which then makes the physical symptoms even stronger😅 I found learning the why behind the symptoms really helpful so I could then make more sense of them and panic less💭🧠🌷 #anxiety #anxious #mentalhealth #psychology #therapy

I was stuck in a binge-restrict cycle after physically recovering from an eating disorder but not mentally. It’s taken a lot of work but I’m v pleased to no longer be stuck in a vicious cycle and am very grateful for the help I received. I thought I’d share this incase anyone finds it helpful but remember we are all different and different things will work for different people!🌶️🧁🦋💭💐 #eating #bingeeating #recovery #mentalhealth #mentalhealthmatters
